THE IDEAL CHRISTMAS COOKIE BOX I've been wanting to make a Christmas cookie box for over a year, and I finally built one today! Ever since Amy made hers last year and it really blew my mind, I've wanted to construct one myself! This has been on my must-do list for a few weeks now, and I even have a little note with ideas for what to write on it in my journal! But I realised that Christmas Box is coming up soon, so if I wanted to finish it in time, I had to get pretty organised! So I baked nonstop all day yesterday to make all the little things I wanted to put in the box! (Plus, there's an extra batch of sugar cookies, because Rich ate one and was unable to stop himself). Everything went really well; I stayed up much past my bedtime to temper a large bowl of chocolate, and I even danced a little in the kitchen when it was all so much better than I could have ever imagined!
